Cancellation Policy and Late Policy:

We require a minimum of 24 hours of notice for appointment cancellations.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we will ask you to reschedule.

The late cancellation fee is 50% of the consult fee.

After two failures to attend or late cancellation we will charge you for the full cost of the treatment and you will be required to prepay for future appointments.

Cancellation fees are not kept by us and will be donated to Wild Life Victoria https://www.wildlifevictoria.org.au/ As much as you would like to help the wildlife in Victoria, we encourage you to respect our late and cancellation policy to avoid us turning away people that may require urgent treatment.
