COVID - 19 ALERT and HYGIENE PRACTICES

 

Hello fellow community members,

The coronavirus pandemic is impacting everyone including our families, friends and our businesses. As the situation continues to affect our world, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re supporting our community and you—our customers

  • We will allow a gap between appointment times to ensure there is minimal crossover between waiting patients

  • With this time, in addition to changing the disposable bedsheets and pillow covers, we will sanitize door handles, patient chairs and waiting chairs or other equipment that has been used

If you have :

  • have any symptoms if a cough, fever, sore throat and of shortness of breath

    Please contact me to determine if you need to reschedule your appointment.

  • To ensure we have minimal crossover between patients please come as CLOSE to your appointment time as possible. For example: avoid coming 15 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule.

    You may be contacted over the next week to change your appointment times slightly. Thank you for everyones ongoing support and stay safe!

我們將在一次會診時段到下個會診時段間保留10分鐘,保障看診人在等待時,盡量不會遇見其他看診人,並且可以用這時間更換一次性床單及枕頭墊,消毒座椅以及上個看診人有使用過的器材。

同時如果你有咳嗽,發燒,呼吸困難等症狀,請告知我們,我們將會評估是否需要改約時間。

為了確保新方法能夠順利實行,請各位盡可能的準時在約定的時間到,例如:避免在約定前15分鐘到或是10分鐘後到,這會造成你需要在外面等待消毒或甚至是遲到過久改約時間。 感謝各位長期以來的支持和配合,讓我們一起渡過這段非常時期。
